Michael Leigh graduated from York University in 1971 with a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He worked as Chief Accountant in the hotel industry in the Seychelles as well as in the meat and property industries. With this post-qualification experience, he gained his practicing certificate and has now been a successful self-employed sole practitioner for over twenty years.
Michael recently celebrated his silver wedding and has two grown-up daughters. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis (he was Chairman of the Pinner West End Tennis Club for 4 years), competing in local bridge tournaments and designing and creating mosaics.
